Returns 1 year or less are cumulative. Average Annual Total Returns greater than 1 year are annualized. All Average Annual Total Returns include changes in share price and reinvestment of dividends and capital gains. Load-Adjusted Returns include the effect of the fund's sales charge and all applicable recurring and non-recurring fees (including short-term trading fees). If applicable, a FundsNetwork transaction fee is not included and returns would be lower if they were. Non Load-adjusted returns do not include the effect of the fund's sales charge or any applicable recurring or non-recurring fees (including short-term trading fees) and would have been lower if this sales charge were taken into account. ^† The Life of Fund performance return is from the fund's inception date. Investing involves risk, including risk of loss. During periods of exceptional market volatility, funds may sustain significant gains or losses, especially funds focused on a single industry, sector, country or other area. As a result, performance during such volatile periods may be significantly higher or lower than returns shown.^‡ The overall Morningstar Rating^TM for a fund is derived from a weighted average of the performance figures associated with its three-, five-, and ten-year (if applicable) Morningstar Rating metrics. For each fund with at least a three-year history, Morningstar calculates a Morningstar Rating (based on a Morningstar Risk-Adjusted Return) measure that accounts for variation in a funds monthly performance (including the effects of sales charges, loads and redemption fees), placing more emphasis on downward variations and rewarding consistent performance. The top 10% of funds in each category receive 5 stars, the next 22.5% receive 4 stars, the next 35% receive 3 stars, the next 22.5% receive 2 stars and the bottom 10% receive 1 star. (Each share class is counted as a fraction of one fund within this scale and rated separately, which may cause slight variations in the distribution percentages.)
